Buhari FEC meetingMinister of Health, Prof Isaac Adewole, has said the Federal Government has released N14.3billion to the 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to upgrade the primary healthcare centres in the country.
 
He disclosed this in a chat with journalists in Ibadan shortly after one-day working visit he paid to the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, on Monday.

“We have set some timeframe for ourselves. We are committed to reducing maternal mortality before the life span of this administration. “We want to end malaria mortality by the end of 2020,’’ he said.
