Dr. Segun Ebitanmi
SECRETARY
Dr. Segun Ebitanmi holds the position of Secretary at the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria. He is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CareOne Digital Hospitals, a hospital dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and delivery in Nigeria.
In November 2012, Dr Segun became the pioneer Chief Operating Officer of Outreach Medical Services which operates a chain of women and children’s hospitals in Lagos. Nigeria. Under his operational leadership Outreach Hospitals expanded to three (3) other locations (Okota, Satellite, and Ajah) within three (3) years, making it one of the fastest-growing hospital chains in Nigeria.
Mrs. Abimbola Adebakin
PUBLIC RELATIONS SECRETARY
Abimbola Adebakin is the Public Relations Secretary of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria. She is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) and a pharmacist, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare and management consultancy. Her focus is on driving performance improvement within the African healthcare system.
Abimbola is the Founder and CEO of Advantage Health Africa, an ISO 9001:2015 certified health solutions company. Her impressive career includes serving as the Chief Operations Officer at the Tony Elumelu Foundation, a Pan-African organization with a mission to invest in African entrepreneurs. Abimbola has consulted for international institutions like the World Bank, African Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, etc.
Mrs. Chinyere Okorocha
TREASURER
Chinyere Okorocha has served on the National Executive Council of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria for many years and is currently the Treasurer of the organization. She is also a Partner at Jackson, Etti & Edu, a top-tier law firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. With over 32 years of practical experience, her expertise encompasses various areas of law, with a notable focus on Medical Law and Intellectual Property (IP) law, where she is recognized as a true expert.
Chinyere is currently at the helm of the firm's Health & Pharmaceutical Practice Group. She offers high-level strategic legal & business advice to various pharmaceutical companies, hospitals & healthcare facilities, medical device manufacturers and diagnostics companies, etc.
Mrs. Njide Ndili
VICE PRESIDENT
Njide Ndili serves as the Vice President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria, a pivotal role in which she advocates private sector involvement in Nigeria's healthcare delivery system. She is an esteemed healthcare leader with a multifaceted approach, all geared towards enhancing healthcare access and quality.
Njide is also the Country Director for PharmAccess Foundation in Nigeria, an international NGO with a unique integrated approach that addresses the demand and supply side of the healthcare system, and uses the opportunities that mobile technology and data provide to leapfrog development in the health markets in sub-Saharan Africa.
Njide's dedication to healthcare extends globally, exemplified by her role as a Commissioner for the Lancet and Financial Times Commission Governing Health Futures 2030. In this capacity, she delves into how digital and frontier technology can accelerate Universal Health Coverage (UHC), with a particular focus on young populations and low-income countries. Furthermore, she is a valued member of the United Nations Global Compact Healthcare Expert Group, concentrating on Sustainable Infrastructure for the Belt and Road Initiative, with the aim of accelerating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through technology.
Dr. Pamela Ajayi

Dr. Pamela Ajayi serves as the President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN), where she leads the charge in cultivating vital partnerships and fostering collaborations to enrich the healthcare ecosystem. She is also the Chairman of Bridge Fertility Clinic and Founder of PathCare Laboratories, where she plays pivotal roles in expanding healthcare services.
She is a distinguished physician and a luminary in the healthcare field, actively steering transformative changes within Nigeria's healthcare landscape. Her extensive contributions and leadership roles are a testament to her unwavering commitment to enhancing healthcare access, quality, and sustainability
Dr. Ajayi's influence extends to the media sphere as the Creator and Host of "Doctors on Air," where she engages with healthcare experts to disseminate critical information to the public. Her collaboration with The Dawn Project (THE SEEK TRUST) reflects her dedication to impactful healthcare initiatives.
With her primary qualifications from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Dr. Ajayi has honed her expertise through continuous learning. She is a British Chevening Scholar and an alumna of prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School. This diverse educational background empowers her with a multifaceted approach to addressing fundamental issues in the Nigerian healthcare sector.
