Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has commissioned the first state-owned emergency helicopter service in Nigeria. Ambode commissioned the project, meant for use in medical emergencies, on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in Ikeja.
