Njide Ndili serves as the Vice President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria, a pivotal role in which she advocates private sector involvement in Nigeria's healthcare delivery system. She is an esteemed healthcare leader with a multifaceted approach, all geared towards enhancing healthcare access and quality.
Njide is also the Country Director for PharmAccess Foundation in Nigeria, an international NGO with a unique integrated approach that addresses the demand and supply side of the healthcare system, and uses the opportunities that mobile technology and data provide to leapfrog development in the health markets in sub-Saharan Africa.
Njide's dedication to healthcare extends globally, exemplified by her role as a Commissioner for the Lancet and Financial Times Commission Governing Health Futures 2030. In this capacity, she delves into how digital and frontier technology can accelerate Universal Health Coverage (UHC), with a particular focus on young populations and low-income countries. Furthermore, she is a valued member of the United Nations Global Compact Healthcare Expert Group, concentrating on Sustainable Infrastructure for the Belt and Road Initiative, with the aim of accelerating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through technology.
