HealthPlus Wins The 2017 Nigeria Customer Service Awards For 'Best in Pharmaceutical Category (2)

Nigeria Customer service AwHealthPlus Pharmacy has emerged the winner in excellent service delivery in the Pharmaceutical Category during the 5th edition of the Nigerian Customer Service Awards (NCSA).

The nomination and selection processes were carried out through the following criteria: customer’s feedback, online polls, independent survey and mystery shopping services.

The selection process was carried out  in partnership with NCSA’s Associates - Nigeria Mystery Shoppers Providers. The evaluation of the following were used to arrive at the results: company service processes, staff attitude, turnaround time (TAT), product knowledge and friendly ambience for business transactions. HealthPlus branches were visited in four geopolitical zones of the country and real customer experiences were captured and graded.

The NCSA ceremony held in Abuja at a glitzy event where over 100 top Nigerian Companies, renowned for excellent service delivery were present. We congratulate the management and staff of HealthPlus Limited for this laudable recognition. It is a testament of their years of going the extra mile, going above and beyond for the members of the communities they serve across 11 states of Nigeria.
