According to him, “the medical equipment is breath-taking and fantastic. As an individual, I have sent people overseas for what we call medical tourism, but I don’t believe there is any need to travel out of the country for medical treatment.” The governor, who was represented by his deputy Kingsley Otuaro, said the state government, would partner with the hospital in the training of medical workers. He noted that with the renovation work going on at the hospital, he was optimistic that the existing health situation would soon be improved upon.
